2 cl cider brandy

4 cl STRATO

3 cl sweet white vermouth

1 dash cardamom or chocolate bitter

Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass

with ice and stir well

THE STRATONIC

THE Bronte - Albariza

1 bar spoon Pedro Ximenez sherry

2 cl Olorosso sherry

2 cl vermouth bianco

5 cl STRATO

foam orange blossom

COCKTAIL STRATONIC - Strato - pistacchio alcool, distillato di pistacchio, alcool de pistache

In a glass filled with ice cubes

4 cl STRATO

8 cl of a quality tonic (ideally FEVER-TREE)

garnish with an orange zest

COCKTAIL Volcano sour - Strato - pistacchio alcool, distillato di pistacchio, alcool de pistache

THE VOLCANO SOUR

4 cl STRATO

2 cl egg white

2 cl lemon juice

1.5 cl simple syrup

Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes, and then another time without ice.

Filter into a cocktail glass
